There is a limit of 2 animals per household.

We are a pet-friendly community! 

We do have breed restrictions but no weight limit.Can only apply to pets, not assistive animals.

Breeds that are not allowed at this community are: Pit Bull/Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas and Wolf-hybrids.

There is a Pet Deposit of $250 per pet and a Pet Fee (nonrefundable) of $250 per pet. The pet fee is $35 per month.

We have open parking, carport (covered) parking, designated handicap spots and garages.

Each leaseholder over the age of 18 years-old can register one car with us. This can change at any time by the discretion of management. Communication will be sent out if this changes.

Whether you go with open parking, covered parking or use a garage, every car needs to be registered with the office. The registration fee is a one-time fee of $50.

Covered parking is $65 a month and garages are $165 a month. 

There is a $35 application fee per applicant over the age of 18 years-old. 

You can add someone to your lease. It is a $35 nonrefundable application fee per applicant over 18 years old.

Our quiet hours start at 10 PM and go to 8 AM. 

Utilities are not included in the rent price. Water, trash and sewer are billed from us to you. Those three utilities will show up in your Resident Portal on the 1st of every month in addition to your rent and any rentable items you may acquire. Electricity needs to be put under your name, so the electricity company will bill you directly.
